The Ceko company was founded in 1990 as a private enterprise engaged in the production of yellow cheese and since then has been dynamically developing. In June 2012 a private equity fund Avallon MBO Fund bought out with the new board 100% of shares in the partnership. Thanks to investments undertaken in Ceko we own a modern machine fleet and expanded warehouse facilities.
In comparison to large diary factories, Ceko is a plant with relatively small scale production, which allows us to be able to thoroughly control the quality. At no stage of the process do we use preservatives or artificial additives. This is only one of the reasons we are the supplier for demanding clients such as German Muller which uses our rennet as their base for baby meals. This care for quality and lack of preservatives applies to all out products.
This scale of business and an organizational structure with a family character allows us to flexibly react to a changing market and continuously introduce new and innovative products.
We export our products to France, Germany, Portugal, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Israel, and the United Arab Emirates. The main recipient of rennet from Ceko are German firms, whose quality norms are very rigorous.
